I would love to write a long essay but it all boils down to. 
 I hope BETTER YOU is a space that inspires you to be brave , to pursue your goals, to dream bigger and work harder , to love the self and treat the next person a little bit better and to realize that even though we strive to be better sometimes we make mistakes and its okay because what matters is that we tried .
 But if better you doesn't do any of that for you I hope it at least makes you laugh or smile. All I wish for you is joy and success.
